Here I go

I am stealing a few moments from being a mom and designer to get my first blog out into the world. I feel nervous. I feel guilty. All the other things I should be doing right now. I am staring down a pile of dishes, a kitchen table littered with the project I am working on, leftover lunch, the sweetest eyes of my pooch begging for a walk and I hear my small infant making noise which is a reassuring sign that he is okay but not so reassuring because I know I will pay for that later. But still here I sit. I am not moving. I feel a rush come over me. I feel free!
